Mission Office - Administrative Office

Serving the counties of Gregory, Jones, Mellette, Todd and Tripp along with the Rosebud Reservation. Intake and applications are taken on select Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Rapid City Office
​
Serving the counties of Butte, Custer, Fall River, Harding, Lawrence, Meade, Pennington and Perkins. If you qualify for services, an appointment will be set up for you. Appointments will only be made on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Pine Ridge Office

Serving the counties of Bennett, Jackson, and Oglala Lakota along with the Pine Ridge Reservation. Intake/Application acceptance is on Wednesdays, however you may pick up an application anytime during regular office hours.

Sisseton Office

Serving the counties of Grant and Roberts along with the Sisseton Wahpeton Tribal Courts. Intake/Applications accepted during regular office hours throughout the week.

Fort Thompson Office

Serving the counties of Brule, Buffalo, Hyde and Lyman along with the Lower Brule and Crow Creek reservations. Please contact office for intake/application dates and times.

Eagle Butte Office

Serving the counties of Dewey, Haakon, Hughes, Potter, Sully, Stanley and Ziebach along with the Cheyenne River Reservation. Applications will be accepted on Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Fort Yates Office

Serving the Campbell, Corson, and Walworth counties along with the Standing Rock Reservation. Applications are being taken anytime Monday, Wednesday and Friday until 12:00. Applications will be reviewed on Fridays.

Sioux Falls Office

Serving only Native American clients in the counties of Aurora, Beadle, Bon Homme, Brookings, Brown, Charles Mix, Clay, Codington, Day, Davison, Duel, Douglas, Edmunds, Faulk, Hamlin, Hand, Hanson, Hutchinson, Jerauld, Kingsbury, Lake, Lincoln, Marshall, McCook, McPherson, Miner, Minnehaha, Moody, Sanborn, Spink, Turner, Union and Yankton along with the Flandreau Reservation and Yankton Reservation.
